Condition of Returns:
Returned items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
Shoes should be free of dirt or damage

Pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defect), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
For other returns, customers cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Shipping charges are not refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.
